Good honest service
As my wife was driving through Piedmont, her brakes went soft and she stopped at OK Tire. They filled the system, bled the brakes, and told her to get to a mechanic she trusted to have the master cylinder replaced before her next trip. All at no charge. These guys were amazing to a girl who had no idea where she was and needed help!
Always treated honest and fair
My friend ran off the road as we approached Piedmont and blew out both passenger side tires. It was 4:40 on a Friday afternoon knowing most places would be closing at 5:00 for the weekend. I called OK Tire Store and explained our situation and Jerry Masters said he would be happy to put on two new tires. Luckily his store was less than a block away. Jerry and John Kelly worked quickly and efficiently and had us back on the road in 17 minutes. Both men were pleasant and helpful saving our vacation trip. Most businesses would have turned us away and the charges were appropriate for the services.
Good people, speedy service. I've been going to them for over 20 years.
