I’m done with this company.... pathetic.
Emailed again on 4/11 and was told that they are behind and when they do get around to it they will call to see if I still want it. What!! Very crappy and deceitful customer service. Not worth the $300-$400 savings. Website says they are a customer service focused company. I wonder if they even know it's there?
Read all reviews before you buy from these people! Check your wheels! They could pass you on the highway as you are driving away from this place. Then check again before you leave from the “repair”. Awful customer service.
Put an order for a custom built gooseneck for a tiny house. Sent them the "DETAILED" drawing of the trailer design (dimensions, material specs, the works), even talked to Jake over the phone to make sure we were both on the same page as to what I wanted. Said he would get it done for an awesome price!! about a month and a half later went to go pick up my trailer...........wasn't built to my design specs and didn't give me the jacks I requested. When I asked Jake about why I didn't get the two speed jacks I requested, his response was " well when I looked them up and realized they were $285 I decided to just got with the regular ones". Then when I questioned as to why it wasn't built to my design specs (9' tongue, 96" max out side dimensions, top deck needed the corners cut back for clearance) he said "Well that's what you get when you try to order a custom trailer over the phone". REALLY!!!!! His answer for why it was 102" versus 96" like asked for, his response was "Well all these tiny house companies are building them to 102" so that's what I did". I almost asked him were you building this trailer for me or for them??? Needless to say I walked away from this trailer without purchasing it. No money loss seeing as to how they don't require a down payment. I did however ask him to build me another one now that he knows exactly what I want and his reply was "The only way ill build you another one is if you pay for it in full. That way when you come to get it, its yours". If the man is not going to build me one the way I want it with no money down, he wont build me one right even if its paid in full. I should have taken all the previous reviews serious. If you do business with this company please be aware!!
I have called every week since and every week I’m told it’ll be next week week. I finally made Brandi which is the lady that picks up the phone all the time promise me that it would be ready this week and that she would call me as right now it is Thursday towards the end of the week. I have not heard from her so I call her AGAIN and say hey Brandi haven’t heard from you is my trailer finally ready and her reply is let me put you on hold and see, she put me on hold for 30 minutes and hasn’t even called me back......worst experience of my life when I’m here offering to spend my hard-earned money!!!
Worst company ever to deal business with, ordered a trailer two months ago and they told me it would be ready in two weeks well here I am two months later I still don’t have my trailer.
Been emailing them about a Harley Hauler since 12/2016. Quick response with pics and pricing. When I did finally get back to them the following month I was dealing with a different person. Finally decided and placed order on 3/20/17. Was told the same "turnaround time will be about a couple of weeks". On 4/7/2017 I emailed and asked how the progress was...No Reply.
Going to buy from a reputable GA company instead.
We had one of our customers place an order to have a trailer built and the finishing product was excellent. Both Hayley & Tisha were a pleasure to work with. It does take a little longer to receive a response however, I do understand that they're very busy. Other than that, the transaction went smooth and the trailer was built in a timely manner.
